在東區巷弄屹立十二年至今的CHA CHA THÉ采采食茶大安概念店，以精緻禮品和餐飲服務累積許多忠實顧客，在思索餐飲市場的變遷和進行全新規劃後，以CHA CHA THÉ CUISINE重啟餐廳營運，由兩位年輕擁有紮實法式廚藝背景的主廚劉子豪Léo、呂柏翰Louis，帶領采采食茶展開嶄新的精緻餐飲味覺之旅。

主廚Léo和Louis皆有米其林星級餐廳經歷，師承經典法式餐廳，累積純熟豐富的料理技巧，更皆為熱愛台灣食材、土生土長的台灣南部人，運用當令食材和再創巧思，用法式手法詮釋亞洲多國食材，期許為顧客創造更多現代亞洲料理的美食體驗與驚喜。

CHA CHA THÉ CUISINE以法式料理手法為底韻，運用當令精選食材，以東方美學精神，融合台灣和多國料理元素，交織出亞洲料理的層次與多元面貌，無論是味覺或視覺，都盡心滿足菜品講求的色、香、味、意、形、養，讓每位賓客享受最華美而獨特的饗宴與感受。CHA CHA THÉ CUISINE目前提供午晚套餐選擇，午間為6-7道式套餐，一位1,580/1,880元，晚餐則為8-10道式，一位2,680/3,080元。即日起至1/31試營運期間，預約晚餐時段，贈送每位賓客一瓶經典冷泡茶和招牌茶點蜂蜜燕窩黃金糖，當作伴手小禮。

CHA CHA THÉ CUISINE整體設計出自德國建築大師Jahannes Hartfuss，以東西融合為核心，運用橡木、原石等元素，打造出摩登質樸而充滿雅韻的空間，演繹出饒富東方色彩的人文時尚，而陽光灑落的白色庭院，富滿詩意的氛圍，讓人能放下塵事煩心，靜心享受美食。
