《 Pot of hills and mounts 》
Mounts are high and faraway from tiring dust;
waters are long and have rocks as pillows.

The exterior of this teapot is like a high mountain, and the teacups are like the small stones in the waters and the mountains, presenting an art of Zen.

Yixing Clay Teapots/ Yixing Purple Sand Pot:
Yixing clay is a type of clay from the region near the city of Yixing in Jiangsu province, China. It’s use dates back to the Song Dynasty. Zisha (the purple sand in the pronunciation of the mandarin) is a mixture of kaolin quartz and mica, with a high content of iron oxide . Typical firing temperature is between 1100℃-1200℃.

Yixing tea wares are prized because their unglazed surfaces absorb traces of the beverage, creating a more complex flavor. The tea connoisseurs recommend using each tea vessel for one kind of tea.
Zisha is precious because it cannot be reused and it becomes fewer little by little.
